The modern, air-conditioned flat (studio) is centrally located in Kaprun and has a kitchenette, a pull-out sofa bed (160x200cm), a luxurious box-spring double bed (180x200cm), a cosy dining table and a spacious balcony. The flat is ideal for two adults or for families with a maximum of two children.
There is a free private car park right outside the front door. You can safely store your skis and bikes in the house.
You arrive and don't have to worry about a thing. Bed linen and towels are already waiting for you. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and everything you need for cooking. Of course, the kitchen can also remain cold, because holidays are what you want - individual and independent.
