The modern, air-conditioned apartment (studio) is centrally located in Kaprun and has a kitchenette, a luxurious box-spring double bed (180x200cm), a pull-out sofa bed (160x200cm), a cosy dining table and a spacious balcony with table and chairs. The apartment offers space for a maximum of four people - ideal for families with a maximum of two children.
There is a free private car park right outside the front door. You can safely store your skis and bikes in the house.
You arrive and don't have to worry about a thing, bed linen and towels are already waiting for you. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and everything you need for cooking. Of course, the kitchen can also remain cold, because holidays are what you want - individual and independent.

- Children of all ages are welcome.
- Baby beds are not available.
- Extra beds are not available.
- Pets are not permitted.
- Smoking is not permitted.
- Parties/events are not allowed in the apartment.
- Quiet time between 10pm and 7am.
- VAT of 10.00 % is included in the price.
- A statutory accommodation tax per person per night will be charged.
- The host has the right to request a damage deposit of €300 per apartment from the guest upon check-in. The damage deposit will be refunded on the day of departure, provided the apartment is returned in undamaged condition.
- Arrival and departure times: Check-in from 4pm to 9pm, check-out from 6am to 10am at the latest.
